how to order a sample

Ordering samples only requires a few easy steps:

1. Log in. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by clicking on the "login" button.
2. Search.

Quick Search
If you know which samples you want, just enter the specific pattern name or number in the search field. Add selected items to your cart by clicking the add to cart icon and the website will walk you through the rest.

Keyword Search
Simply type a word into the blank field. If no results are found, try typing in another keyword. If you are interested in seeing what other patterns fall under another keyword, simply click on the keyword and it will take you to the modified results page.

Advanced Search
You can select specific descriptions from our advanced search drop-down menus. Browse our collections and search by product category, color family, design style, designer, brand or pattern name or number. The more categories you select, the more our powerful search will filter your results.

My Projects
If you've used our site before and have patterns saved under "my projects," simply add them to your sample cart to order samples.

Other Options
Of course, you can still order samples by phone at 800 200 8120, by faxing us at 800 430 8120 or by sending an email to samples@tri-kes.com. Be sure to include the pattern name and color, as well as your name, company name, street address, phone, fax and email address.

Consulting Services
Trying to match a specific material or color? Send us a sample and we'll tell you whom to contact (if we don't carry it) or provide you with alternatives to consider. Or, if you have a specific look in mind but don’t have time to search our library, give us your basic specs. We'll be happy to pull some options and send you samples.
