How to Order a Sample

Ordering samples only requires a few easy steps:

STEP ONE: Log in
If you don’t have an account, you can create one by clicking on the "log in" button.

STEP TWO: Quick search
If you know which samples you want, just enter the specific pattern name or number in the search field (located in the top right corner of any page in the site) and click on "go." After the product image appears, click on "add to sample cart," and the website will walk you through the rest.

If you've used our site before and have patterns saved under "my projects," simply add them to your sample cart to order samples.

Advanced Search
You can browse our collections by going to the "products" section and searching by product category, color family, design style, brand or pattern number. Once you find what you want, click on "add to sample cart" as above.

Other Options
Of course, you can still order samples by phone at 800 200 8120, by faxing us at 800 430 8120 or by sending an e-mail to . Be sure to include the pattern name and color, as well as your name, company name, street address, phone, fax and e-mail address.

Consulting Services
Trying to match a specific material or color? Send us a sample, and we'll tell you whom to contact (if we don't carry it) or provide you with alternatives to consider. Or, if you have a specific look in mind but don’t have time to search our library, give us your basic specs. We'll be happy to pull some options and send you samples.
